How do I know my order has gone through online?
You will receive an email with confirmation of your order together with a unique Order Reference Number. If you have not received this please contact us at info@chintiandparker.com.
Can I place an order over the phone?

What payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa Credit and Debit cards, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron.
Do any tax charges apply?
All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of UK taxes (VAT) at the current rate (17.5%). Please note babywear is exempt from VAT. For orders placed outside of the European Community it is your responsibility to claim any tax back. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
What delivery options do you offer?
We will process your delivery within 2 working days.
All orders (except personalised baby knitwear) will be sent to you by DHL with guaranteed next day delivery (for the UK only). Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email to advise you of this together with a unique tracking number in order that you can track your package online at www.dhl.co.uk.
If the order contains a piece of baby personalised knitwear, this will be sent separately by Special Delivery. If the baby knitwear is part of an order containing other non personalised goods, we will cover this additional postage. If the baby knitwear is a stand alone item we will charge our standard delivery charges, as listed below.

What happens if my order has not arrived?
If your parcel does not arrive, please visit www.dhl.co.uk to track the status of your item using your unique tracking reference. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us by emailing info@chintiandparker.com remembering to quote your reference number. This is with the exception of personalised baby knitwear, which is send by Royal Mail, Special Delivery.
What is your exchange and returns policy?
If you are not happy with your Chinti and Parker garment, we are happy to exchange or refund your item. We regret that return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For all returns, please follow the steps below.
You must obtain a returns / exchange reference by emailing info@chintiandparker.com prior to returning your item and within 7 days of receiving your item. This reference must be filled in on the returns form you received with your package.
Please return your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods) completed and returned. We will give you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of you returning the items.
All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments. International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
If you order an item of baby knitwear and request personalised initials, we regret we are unable to exchange or refund these garments.
We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
In the UK, including Northern Ireland, replacement goods will be sent to you free of charge using our standard delivery method.

How do I return a faulty product?
Please follow the instructions as above for returns. Products returned to us by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
How do I know it is safe to shop with you?
Chinti and Parker take your data protection very seriously and therefore we have ensured that we are PCI compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal.
Where do I find size and fit information?
If you have a query about the sizing or care instructions of a garment, please see the Sizing link on the product page to find additional information relating to that garment. You can find helpful information by clicking on the sizing link on the homepage to explain how the size charts work.
